Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unopened, unused, and uninstalled
• In its original packaging
• Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase

For PC components, items must not show signs of installation, use, thermal paste application, missing accessories, bent pins, physical damage, or tampering.

Please note that returns must be sent to the original manufacturer or the return address provided in your return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

• A return shipping label, if applicable
• Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For PC components, please keep all packaging, accessories, serial numbers, and proof of damage if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-built or special-order products
• Personalized items
• Opened or installed PC components
• Items with missing original packaging or accessories
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
• Sale items
• Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, once approved, and then place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
